Events

Events are a key concept of the Innkeepr Platform. Events represent a set of arbitrary actions a user take in his journey and will be used to build audiences that are most-likely to reach those actions.

Track Events

We support standard event that will be automatically tracked once you connect certain sources. Sources that currently support automated event tracking are:

• Shopify (don't worry, there are a lot more to come)

However, if you're not operating on Shopify, we have a very easy way to send events to Innkeepr via Tagmanager right here.

Optimizing Audiences

Events play a pivotal role in building your audiences. Our audience composition AI monitors and learns from each users conversion events to find patterns and behaviors within users that are most likely to lead to the specified conversion steps.

Since this is a crucial step to ensure longterm success with our platform, we highly recommend integrating your most important user events either through our automated conversion tracking or by sending custom events to our API.
