Sources

In Innkeepr, you define a source for each distinct stream of customer interaction data - typically one for each website, mobile app, or backend service you want to track. While it’s not strictly required, we strongly recommend setting up a separate source for each unique origin of data to keep your data pipeline clean and manageable. Each source belongs to a specific workspace and has its own dedicated URL in this format: You can create new sources directly from your workspace dashboard. Each source you set up will generate a write key, which you’ll use to send event data into the system. For example, if you’re embedding our JavaScript SDK (Innkeepr.js) into your frontend, the setup snippet provided in our Quickstart Guide includes this write key so that events are routed correctly.

Destinations

Destinations in Innkeepr are your growth and marketing tools - like Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or any other platform where you can activate audience or conversion signals. You define your audiences and conversion signals once, and Innkeepr takes care of translating and syncing them downstream, automatically adapting to the requirements of each platform. Whether you’re syncing high-intent product-qualified leads to Meta Ads, sending churn-prevention audiences to LinkedIn, or pushing purchases to Google Ads for conversion tracking - Innkeepr ensures that your signals arrive correctly formatted You can browse and enable destinations from Innkeepr’s connection catalog, and once activated, data begins flowing in real-time - no extra engineering needed. Explore the destinations page for the full list and find the right integrations for your growth stack.
